• Orders and prices

Submitting an order through the website is a purchase request. It is confirmed after review and acceptance. All prices are in Egyptian pounds, and the order total and shipping cost are shown before checkout is completed. Product availability may change before confirmation. If there is an obvious pricing error or an item is out of stock, we will contact you to amend or cancel the order without obligation.

• Payment

Available payment methods are clearly displayed at checkout and include cash on delivery and the electronic payment options available through Paymob. For cash on delivery, you pay for the products and shipping when you receive the order. Bank transfer is currently unavailable. Please use only the payment methods shown at checkout.

• Shipping and delivery

Delivery is available within Egypt to the address entered in your order. Shipping costs are shown before confirmation and are paid by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by governorate, courier and operating conditions. Please check your phone number and address, inspect the shipment on arrival, and promptly notify us of any visible damage or incorrect items.

Returns, exchanges and privacy

• Returns & exchanges

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by law. For a defective item, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receipt. Keep the invoice, product components and accessories. This policy does not limit your consumer rights under Egyptian law.

• Privacy and data protection

We collect the information needed to fulfil orders and serve customers, such as your name, phone number, email, address and order details. We use it for order confirmation, delivery, support, and accounting and legal obligations. We may share the necessary information with delivery companies, payment providers and technical service providers. We do not sell customer data and take reasonable measures to protect it and retain it for as long as needed for these purposes.
